Love Is Not Boastful

This is the story of a guy who always believed that, he could get any girl he wanted. He used to change girls regularly, he was a ladies man. He bragged about it to his friends until, he met this lady.He was full of himself that he will get the lady. The lady was young, naive and innocent, and he fell in love with her. They started a relationship.

She learnt communicating skills, dressing tips, negotiating skills from him.She was his very own student.Things went on smoothly until she started working. She started hanging out with an older man in the office. The man pampered her with lots of expensive gifts and care. Finally, she broke up with her initial boyfriend.

He was devastated, sad and heart-broken.g

Questions:

Do you think you are untouchable?

Do you think you can do things and get away with them?

Do you think that you are indispensable?

Do you think, you are so important?

Lessons: Pride goes before a fall. Most times, we get angry because of our pride. We think we are too fine, excellent, indispensable and smart. We now talk and behave like mini "gods".

Pride has no reward, but destruction.Work on your pride.

The first thing to do, is to accept that you are proud.Ask God to help you to be humble.Read books on humility.Walk with friends that believe in humility.

Therefore, Love is not boastful or proud. It is humble, always willing to look out for the other person.Love will not talk a person down or make the person feel worthless.

Yes You Can:

Work On Your Pride

Be Humble

Look out for people

Celebrate People
